Building knowledge in CompTIA IT fundamentals, including networking, DNS, and system troubleshooting.
Practicing essential soft skills like email etiquette, customer communication, and incident handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each session includes guided learning, live discussions, self-paced resources from Pluralsight, and engaging activities to ensure learning retention and practical application.
The program concludes with a technical assessment covering SQL, IIS, and IT basics to evaluate participants’ readiness, with a passing score of 75%.
