Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Selects Bayan Human Resources Management System

Sky Bayan Human Resources Management System was recently installed at the newly opened Kempinski Al Othman hotel in Khobar, KSA. Bayan human resources software solution provides one comprehensive solution to manage all employee related transactions and tasks. This includes the management of employee profiles, official documents and alerts, track employee attendance, leaves and vacations and accurately perform all payroll-related calculations, social security and government related forms, indemnity, loans and all similar transactions in one paperless seamless system adapted to corporate standards and policies.

Two interfaces were activated at the hotel; (1) HP3000 Timekeeping interface, which helped the HR department to automatically import employee attendance records, and (2) Navision Back Office Interface, which made it easier for the Finance department to import Payroll Vouchers.

The upper management at the hotel has expressed their satisfaction with the comprehensive and advanced reporting capabilities that Bayan HRMS provides.
