Swissotel Living Jeddah implements Sky Bayan Human Resources Management System

Another success story for Bayan Human Resources Management System has recently taken place at one of Accor prestigious hotels in Saudi Arabia; Swissotel Living Jeddah. Bayan has successfully provided the HR department at the hotel with efficient, automatic and advanced tools to manage employees’ profiles, attendance and payroll calculations, while applying the Saudi Labor Law.

In Addition, the advanced notifications rules in Bayan Workflow Management System have enabled for a much easier control over employees requests and approvals.

The project included two advanced interfaces; Nitgen timekeeping interface to track employee attendance records, and back office interface to automatically export accrual vacations, tickets and indemnity, and payroll vouchers.
