This upgrade marks a significant step in the hotel’s commitment to operational efficiency and technological advancement.
Cape Weligama selected Jana for its mobile applications, cloud-based installation, and strong workflow customization—key factors that enhance accessibility and streamline hotel operations. The system’s mobile applications have been particularly beneficial, providing staff with greater flexibility and real-time access to critical data.
In addition, the integration of POS and Back Office interfaces ensures seamless communication between departments, optimizing the hotel’s procurement and financial workflows.
