Sky Software is proud to announce the successful implementation of its Bayan Human Resources Management System at Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This major deployment marks a significant milestone, replacing the hotel group’s legacy system, with a more advanced, digital-first solution.
The decision to adopt Bayan was driven by Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels’ commitment to digital transformation and operational efficiency. By moving away from paper-based processes, the hotel aimed to streamline internal workflows, ensure accurate payroll management, and gain access to powerful reporting tools.
The hotel group has already started reaping the benefits of key Bayan features, including:
- Advanced Workflow Approvals to manage employee requests and processes more efficiently.
- Check-in and Check-out Automation, improving time tracking and operational transparency.
- Payroll Calculations and Comprehensive Reporting, enabling more accurate and timely salary processing.
Additionally, the project saw the successful activation of two essential interfaces:
- TK Interface with attendance machines, improving time and attendance accuracy.
- Back Office Interface, ensuring smooth integration with the hotel’s existing administrative systems.
What makes this project particularly distinctive is its unprecedented scale and structure—the implementation involved more than 40 hotel properties unified within a single database, supporting a large and diverse workforce with a customized and complex setup.
