Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or software technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, demos, and events (if needed).
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new B2B prospects through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Cold call, email, and connect with potential clients to introduce software offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to client use cases.
  • Understand client challenges and align software features to address their needs.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and feature requests.
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to customer success/account management.
  • Support client onboarding in collaboration with implementation teams.
