Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or software technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel for meetings, demos, and events (if needed).
- Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new B2B prospects through research, networking, and outreach.
- Cold call, email, and connect with potential clients to introduce software offerings.
- Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to client use cases.
- Understand client challenges and align software features to address their needs.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and feature requests.
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Monitor competition and industry trends to adapt sales strategies.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to customer success/account management.
- Support client onboarding in collaboration with implementation teams.
