The project involved a complete migration from an on-premises setup to a cloud-based environment, alongside a full system restructuring designed to enhance accessibility, performance, and security.
Kempinski Seychelles Resort selected Bayan HRMS for its advanced customization capabilities, particularly in workflow management and reporting, as well as its user-friendly mobile application. These features empower the hotel’s HR team with flexible tools for automation and real-time access to employee data.
The resort has already seen significant benefits from:
