Sky Software is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Bayan HRMS at Four Seasons Morocco, covering Four Seasons Marrakech, Four Seasons Casablanca, Four Seasons Rabat, the Four Seasons Marrakech Private Residences, and the Four Seasons Morocco Management Team. This milestone marks the first Bayan implementation in Morocco, further expanding Sky Software’s presence in the hospitality sector.
The project involved deploying Bayan HRMS, including its HR, Timekeeping, Workflow, and Payroll modules, replacing several legacy systems previously used across the hotel’s operations. Prior to the implementation, multiple platforms were utilized to manage different HR-related functions, which added complexity to daily processes and limited operational efficiency.
By adopting Bayan, Four Seasons Morocco now benefits from a fully integrated platform designed to streamline human resources operations within a single centralized system. The solution enables the hotel to manage HR administration, employee timekeeping, approvals, and payroll processes seamlessly, improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across departments.
The decision to implement Bayan was driven by the system’s flexibility, scalability, and strong reporting capabilities, as well as its user-friendly interface and adaptability to local regulatory requirements. Equally important was the expertise and support provided by the Sky Software team, which ensured the solution was aligned with the hotel’s operational needs and hospitality standards.
A key aspect of the project was the integration of Bayan with several existing systems, including Workday, OnTrack, and the hotel’s Back Office system, enabling smooth data exchange and further enhancing operational efficiency.
Since the implementation, Four Seasons Morocco has been able to consolidate HR operations within one unified system, significantly simplifying workflows, improving data accuracy, and enabling better reporting and decision-making.
