Voco Makkah Hotel has successfully completed the implementation of Bayan HRMS, replacing their legacy system as part of the hotel’s continuous efforts to upgrade its internal operations and align with IHG’s global standards.
The decision to adopt Bayan HRMS was driven by the system’s strong reputation across hotels in Saudi Arabia and within the IHG network, making it a trusted and proven solution for large-scale hospitality operations.
With this new implementation, Voco Makkah Hotel has benefited from several key features, including:
- Exporting multi-bank files for smoother payroll processing
- Cross Charge functionality to better manage interdepartmental transactions
- Enhanced attendance control, giving management more visibility and accuracy in workforce oversight
Additionally, the project included the activation of important interfaces such as Journal Vouchers (JV’s) and Time Attendance, enabling seamless integration with the hotel’s financial and operational workflows.
What makes this project stand out is the collaborative effort between the hotel, the installer, and Sky Software in applying new IHG-specific policies and thoroughly reviewing the CSA requirements to ensure complete compliance and alignment with the brand’s standards.
