
Sky Software is proud to announce the successful implementation of its Bayan Human Resources Management System (HRMS) at voco Muscat Al Mouj, marking a significant milestone in the hotel’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation and operational excellence.
The installation represents a new implementation, selected for its comprehensive and integrated approach to managing HR functions efficiently. Designed to meet the hotel’s dynamic operational needs, Bayan offers a robust suite of features that include employee management, payroll processing, and performance tracking, all accessible through a user-friendly and customizable interface.
According to the hotel management, Bayan was chosen for its strong reporting capabilities, seamless integration with existing systems, and ability to provide real-time updates, supporting better, data-driven decisions and enhanced HR oversight.
Since implementation, voco Muscat Al Mouj has benefited from several key features of the Bayan system, including:
· HR Process Optimization: Streamlining HR workflows such as employee data management, recruitment, and onboarding for greater efficiency.
· Employee Scheduling and Shift Management: Advanced scheduling tools that ensure optimal staffing during both peak and off-peak periods.
· Bayan Workflow Automation: Simplifying interdepartmental processes and reducing administrative load through automated workflows.
· Payroll and Compliance: Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local labor regulations.
Additionally, the hotel has activated two key system interfaces:
· Timekeeping Interface
· Back Office (BO) Interface with PeopleSoft
What sets this project apart is its status as the first IHG property in Oman–Muscat where compliance with local labor regulations was a key focus throughout the implementation. This unique aspect added depth and complexity to the project, reinforcing Sky Software’s ability to deliver flexible, regulation-compliant solutions tailored to specific market needs.
