What data do we collect?

Sky Software collects the following data:

How do we store your data?

Sky Software securely stores your data at AWS datacenters in Europe (Ireland region). Sky Software ensures that your data whether in-transit or at-rest are protected at all times by using end-to-end cryptographic protocols, where Sky Software utilizes cryptographic and logging standards mandating authorized algorithms, key length requirements, and key management processes that are consistent with or exceed then-current industry standards, including NIST recommendations, and utilize hardening and configuration requirements consistent in approach with then-current industry standards, such as Center for Internet Security (CIS) recommendations.

Sky Software also ensures that all inbound and outbound remote access to and from any system that process, transmit or store your data utilizes an end-to-end encryption method. Sky Software shall never decrypt your data in non-production systems and/or test environments.

After 14 days of termination or expiry of user agreement, Sky Software shall destroy all your data (including all copies in all locations of the data including backups) in its possession or control, including any data subcontracted to a third party for processing. Further, data destruction shall be completed in a fashion that renders the data unrecoverable and which adheres to ISO/IEC 27040:2015 or NIST SP 800-88 Rev 1 (or successor standard) data destruction standards.

Marketing

Sky Software would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Sky Software from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email message.
