Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of customer support or ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Tasks & responsibilities:
  • Handle technical tickets efficiently and accurately
  • Escalate recurring issues and capture feedback
  • Assist in project installation and customer training activities, including system setup and user guidance
  • Collaborate with customer success consultant to enhance customer experience
