- Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting

- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Handle technical tickets efficiently and accurately
- Escalate recurring issues and capture feedback
- Assist in project installation and customer training activities, including system setup and user guidance
- Collaborate with customer success consultant to enhance customer experience
